- Strawberries (try to buy organic if able)
- Grass fed buffalo
- Bone broth (I personally like the Kettle & Fire brand myself!)
- WILD caught salmon
- Sweet potatoes
- Coconut oil
- Chicken with skin on (has lots of vitamins in the skin)
- Organic spinach
- Organic swiss chard
- Wild sardines
Some of these foods above may not be ones that you have incorporated into your diet up to this point. And we get it – sometimes it is hard to break out of your comfort zone when it comes to food. We ask that you have an open mind and pick a few new ones from this list to give a try!
